February Mesier Homestead Tour Day - Presidential Connections in Wappingers Falls
In honor of Presidents Day, tours on this day will include tidbits about connections our village, town and hamlets have to past Presidents, including the special relationship the Homestead's first occupants had with General Washington's Army during the Revolutionary War.

In honor of Presidents Day, house tours on this day will feature information on the special relationship the Homestead's first occupants had with General Washington's Army during the Revolutionary War, as well as various connections certain places within the Village and Town of Wappingers had with Presidents. Talk a walk back in time as you tour this 1741 home of the original settlers of the area that is now the Village of Wappingers Falls! The entire Homestead is fully heated and very comfortable, so come in out of the cold and visit us! Tours include the upstairs portion of the main house.
Docent led tours of the Mesier Homestead will take place on Sunday, February 19th at 1:00pm and 2:30pm. Tickets are $10 for adults; $7 for Seniors; $5 for youth age 7-18. WHS members are free. Advance tickets can be purchased online; if space allows, tickets will be available at the door as well.
In the event of inclement weather, an announcement will be made on our Facebook page and the tour day will be rescheduled to Sunday, February 26th.
