Picnic in the Park & WPDH Roof-A-Thon for Juvenile Diabetes
The Village starts summer with a three day festival and the return of the WPDH Roof-A-Thon for Juvenile Diabetes.
Friday, July 9th - Kyak event at Veterans Park. Lessons, demonstrations, lake tours & vendors. Mesier Park - Roof-a-Thon kick off at 3. Live music starts at 5. Vendors
Saturday, July 10th - Bands throughout the day provided by WPDH, food, and vendors at Mesier Park. Photography exhibition for amateur and professional photographers. Car Show to benefit out K-9 unit at Veterans Park. 5-9pm Fireworks finale over Wappingers Lake at 9:15.
Sunday, July 11th - PICNIC IN THE PARK End the weekend with the Village's traditional parade and festivities. The parade will start at 1pm and will be followed with music, food, crafts and more at Mesier Park.
Bring your dancing shoes, a lawn chair, and enjoy! Refreshments available.

Wappingers Hydroelectric Plant Tour
Tour of the Wappingers Hydroelectric Plant, located at Market Street Industrial Park, at the Bleachery, for Members of the Wappingers Historical Society (JOIN HERE!). Our hosts have graciously offered to provide pizza after the tour.
